Unitalen Attorney Interviewed on the ANTA and TONLION Case
A trademark report published by Unitalen Attorneys at Law on November 8 shows that a number of famous Chinese garment trademarks, including ANTA, TONLION, DAOLANG, CUNKOU, SNOW FLYING etc, have been registered in bad faith by a company in Hong Kong, and most of them have even entered the publication stage.

Upon receiving the news, journalists from ”Beijing Times”, ”Beijing Morning Post” and other media visited Unitalen International Trademark Group Chair Robert Li. When faced with overseas IPR infringement, enterprises should take up the initiative to protect their rights in cooperation with IPR attorneys, Unitalen attorney Robert Li suggested. They should also provide the complete set of information on the case within the prescribed period of time. In such a way, they can get effective protection at low costs.
